Randy Frost

I started riding bikes as a BMX and Freestyle kid in the 80’s. Within the last 15 years I rediscovered my love of two wheels and the community around the sport. I race MTB, Cyclocross and have sat in on a handful of PIR road races. I commute by bike almost daily, and really enjoy off road adventures with friends. I lead ‘DirtsKool’ rides and Co-organize a yearly ‘Dialed Bike-Packing’ trip. I might even try to motivate some with the ‘Dialed100’ daily challenge. Off the bike I enjoy hiking and backpacking with my Daughters, listening to music, photography and wrenching on bikes.

A few questions for Randy

How did you get into bike racing?

I started Short Track MTB racing and fell in love with the community surrounding it.

What is your favorite race or ride, and why?

The Sisters Stampede Mountain Bike Race in Central Oregon is my favorite race of the year. A large Masters field makes it challenging and the scenery is amazing!

Pre-race meal or ritual?

Overnight Oats in my Hydroflask Mug
